Are you looking to see what loads have been assigned to a driver already?
When you view matches, at the top of the right slide out panel, there is a tab that allows you to toggle between the matches recommended for the driver after they are Available for Dispatch titled “Recommendations”
and the loads that have already been assigned before they are Available for Dispatch titled “Planned”
Driver Plan Features
All of the loads that are assigned to the driver within the TMS
If you assign a load within OD, it shows in the Assignment History modal at the top of the page until it has successfully synced with your TMS. Once successfully synced, the load will show in the Driver Plan.
If the load was assigned in your TMS, then the load will be marked “From TMS” at the top of the card
If the load was assigned within OD, then the load will be marked with either the ranking of the load from the driver’s match options
Or, if it was a manual assignment
Assignment History
You can also see where the load assignment was made within the Assignment History modal. Click the link at the top of the page to view:
When the modal opens, look for the Match Type column. This will provide either the ranking of the load match or if it was manually assigned via search.
