Dispatch by Load

1. Navigate to the Dispatching tool and the Assign Loads tab at the top of the page

   1. You are looking at a list of loads that have a pick up within the Dispatch Horizon

   2. This Dispatch Horizon is set to allow planning ahead, but not too far ahead when there are not yet enough loads for the Optimization to run

2. The list is sorted by the soonest Pick Up Window

3. The Top Driver column shows the Optimal driver match for each load. To assign this driver or review the other driver matches, click the Driver ID in the Top Driver column:

4. This will open up the recommendation panel

5. Assign the top ranked, optimal match by clicking Assign Driver to Load at the bottom.

OR

If there is a reason the top driver cannot work for your load, then click the next best load and assign that driver.
