Access Driver Rules
In the options menu on the top right of Dispatch, click the Driver Rules icon.
A modal will open that shows any rules that you have already created. If none have been added yet, it will be blank to start.
Modify Driver Rules
1. Click on Create Driver Rule button on the top right of the modal -or- click the three dot menu on the row of an existing rule and then click edit.
2. A slide out will open with rule options. Currently, you are able to create rules to exclude loads from being recommended for the driver if they either pick up or drop off in certain locations. **Note: this does not exclude drivers from passing through the selected regions. It only excludes them from going to a shipper in the selected region.
3. Start by selecting a driver. And then you can search and select the regions this driver does not want to drive into. You can search by: Zip Code, 3 digit Zip, or State.
4. Click Save. These rules will go into affect the next time the data is optimized and synced. Once that happens, the Status will change to Active.
