How do I see the history of what I did?

Click the Assignment History button at the top of the page to see a history of what you have assigned. A modal will open with a list of past assignments.

You can utilize this assignment history list for both 1-Way and 2-Way integrations.

For 1-Way connections, there are the following TMS Statuses for each assignment:

  • In TMS: The driver assignment pair was found in the TMS data.

  • TMS Conflict: The load or driver has been assigned to another driver or load in the TMS. The driver or load will be made available for dispatch or as a recommendation in Optimal Dynamics.

  • Assignment Expired: No assignment has been made in the TMS for either the load or the driver. Both load and driver will be made available for dispatch again in Optimal Dynamics.

For 2-way connections, the TMS Statuses are:

  • In TMS: This assignment is complete in your TMS.

  • TMS Conflict: An error occurred when sending to your TMS. This is rare, but if an issue does occur, we will alert you so you can address it in your TMS right away.

  • Pending TMS Sync: This assignment will be sent to your TMS in the next data sync.
