The Data Errors & Excluded feature is located at the top of the page in the header. When you click this, it will open a slide out:
This slide out provides the list of loads and drivers that either have data validation errors or are intentionally excluded from the recommendation engine. Drivers and loads will either show in the main table of recommendations or in this slide out, never both.
Why are my loads and drivers excluded? It will be because of one or more of the following reasons:
Data Validation Issue: There was a gap in the data that caused it to be unreadable in the engine
Customer Filter: Your management has selected this load/driver to not be in scope
Not Relevant: The load is already assigned or in the past, the driver is inactive
