Are you looking to quickly find a load or driver within Dispatching? The search functionality allows you to search for either from anywhere within Dispatching. And it is not specific to what you have set up in your filters - it searches all loads and drivers. This allows you to find anything you search!
To get started, navigate to the search bar in the top right:
Click into the search bar and start typing either a Driver ID, Tractor ID, or a Load ID. As you type, it will show a drop down of options that match what you have entered:
Each ID that results in the drop down will be marked with an icon:
Load ID = Road icon
Tractor ID = Truck icon
Driver ID = Person icon
If the ID has strikethrough symbol, that means it has no recommendations. This can be because it has been filtered out by business logic, there is a data error, or its a very poor quality load. These items do not show up in the Dispatching table. However, if you have any questions, click the Get Support link to talk with someone on our team!
Select the ID you are interested in from the drop down. This will open up a search results page which shows the selected ID at the top of the page and the results for that ID in the main table.
From here you can review the recommendations for that Driver or Load and make assignments as desired.
Once you are done, click the X next to the ID in the dark purple button at the top of the page.
