Upload Your Bid File with 3 Digit Zip Code Values
What is the Impact and Benefit to you?
Meet our 3-digit Zip Code Conversion Solution: Say goodbye to manual conversion! Save time by eliminating the need to convert your Origin and Destination 3-digit zip codes to 5-digit values. Our seamless solution automates the lookup, match, and conversion process, making it hassle-free. During the Review step, we keep you informed with highlighted cells in yellow and tooltip text, ensuring a smooth and time-efficient bidding process.
How to Use it:
Navigate to the Bid Manager
Select the Upload Button
Complete all the required steps in the Bid File details
Complete the Column matching step
Review the Converted Zip Cod values
If find that the value was incorrectly matched then you can manually enter the correct zip code directly in the cell in the Review Step.
Click Continue to complete the Upload process.
View your Uploaded Bid File details.
View Origin & Destination Data as City & State or by Zip Code

Bid File- How to Use it:
Navigate to the Bid Manager
Open a Bid File
Click the Settings icon in the top right corner.
Select Zip Code
Select your preferred Zip Code value - Option to view as 3 or 5 digit zip codes.
Navigate to the Network Manager
Open a completed Bid Analysis File
Select the Setting Gear Icon
Select Zip Code under Location Type
Select your preferred Zip Code value - Option to view as 3 or 5 digit zip codes
View All of Your Uploaded Bid Data on your Bid Analysis Results

With this enhancement, we've bridged the gap between the data in your uploaded Bid File and its fully intelligently analyzed version. Now, al of your Bid File columns and data will be present and accessible on your Bid Analysis results file.
Bid File- How to Use it:
Navigate to the Network Manager
Open a completed Bid Analysis file
Select the table settings icon
Open your table settings to view the complete list of column options.

This provides an auto-organization solution for your Network Manager files. Allowing you to easily find the most relevant files. |
