After the customer provides feedback on the lanes, you may want to adjust your rates and run additional reports. You can adjust your rates within the Bid Manager, or directly within the report itself.
Adjust Rates within Bid Manager
Select the
Bid Managericon within the left navigation bar.
2. Select the bid file that you want to edit, then click View Configuration.
3. Enter the updated rates from the customer in the Proposed Rate / Mile column, then click Save Bid Configuration.
4. Click Save within the confirmation modal.
5. The next time you open your report, it will alert you that the bid rates on this report have been updated. Click Run report again to update the report with the current bid rates.
Adjust Rates Within the Completed Report
Open a completed report, click the
Manage Simulationbutton, and create a new simulation or select one from the list.
2. Click the Edit icon within a bid lane.
3. Enter the updated Revenue / Mile and click Save.
4. Click Run Simulation.
