The Loads to Change tab in Load Acceptance gives you a filtered view of only the loads that are recommended to be switched to the other business type (Asset or Brokerage) based on the advanced load score analysis.
- The higher the load score, the more confidence there is in profitably covering the load with your fleet whilst considering all of the rules and parameters that apply to your business.
- You set the load score threshold specific to your company. Work with your Customer Experience Manager to set this based on your network.
- If the load score of a load is above your set threshold and is on Brokerage now, then it will be recommended to Switch to Asset.
- If the load score of a load is lower than your set threshold and is on Asset now, then it will be recommended to Switch to Brokerage.
How to Switch Loads
To take action based on the recommendation, either
- click the link in the "Optimized Assignment" column of the table
- select load(s) using the check boxes on the left and then Accept on the bottom right
How to Not Switch Loads, but Clear them from Loads to Change
If you need to keep the load on its current business type assignment, you can click "Keep TMS Assignment" which will remove the load from the Loads to Change list. This enables you to use this list as a to-do list that can be completely cleared every time its worked.
