What is Load Acceptance?
You are looking at all loads in your TMS system that have not yet been dispatched. They are sorted into two groups: Asset and Brokerage.
Loads in Asset are what we recommend to be assigned to your fleet assets because they optimize profit and utilization.
All other loads are sent to Brokerage - which means they are higher risk to be covered by Asset and may be good options for Brokerage or rejection.
How are the recommendations created?
The system can project capacity a week or more into the future, fully capturing the uncertainty of shipper requests and other forms of uncertainty (such as the willingness of drivers to accept an assignment). We predict the probability that a load will be covered by a driver, and the load makes sense both economically and to help get drivers home. This includes loads that do not have to be moved for a week or more.
We produce rolling estimates of a variety of activities, including empty moves, uncovered loads, idle drivers, and drivers that we project might miss their home appointments. This is like a rolling weather report for your network.
Load Score is how confident you can be that this load will be covered by a driver in your fleet, calculated utilizing your company's calibrated parameters, current and forecasted loads, and driver availability.
FAQs
What can I do?
Move loads to the other business type, Asset or Brokerage
What is the Loads to Change tab?
This is a filtered view of only the loads that are being recommended to be switched to the other business type based on which they are currently assigned and the load score.
All loads have a Load Score, which can be simply explained as the risk & profit of taking this load on your assets. The risk is around how likely a driver can be dispatched on it.

For example, if your company is set to a 80% threshold, the Asset tab will have all loads with a 80% or higher load score.
What are the Asset and Brokerage tabs for?
These are a view of all your loads in each business type regardless of the load score recommendation. Within each tab, you can see which loads are recommended to switch versus keep as is.
What if we want to always accept or reject a load on our assets?
There is an option to set rules to enforce assignments based on shippers, origin, destination, or equipment type.
