Scope of Module
Load Acceptance is located in the “Execute” solution. The intent of this module is to leverage Optimal Dynamics' one-of-a-kind technology to simulate your network and provide a load score for each available load. The load score shows, as a percentage, how often the load “fit” your network - i.e. was covered by an asset and met a number of your established business rules. This then allows you to identify which network (asset or brokerage) the load best fits into during the tendering or freight intake process, and accept the loads accordingly.

Primary users of this module are anyone involved in the freight/load acceptance process and/or transactional decision makers, regarding which network a load is serviced by. Some titles of users may include:

This module is intended to be used daily, multiple times per day and throughout the freight intake process. This module should be an integral part of the decision-making process, surrounding which loads to accept into which network and should be looking 3-5 days into the future - the forward-looking timeframe will vary by customer based on load profile.
