Another goal you can achieve is finding the loads that are not yet in your TMS, but should be in order to meet your driver capacity needs.
The tool provides two columns of forecasted loads, which are loads that are recommended to take on asset but are not yet in the TMS to accept.
Primary - Forecasted loads from Primary Shippers.
Other - Forecasted loads from Shippers that are not “Primary.”
Use this data to source loads that match the specifications found here:
Go to the region row
Identify a region and inbound/outbound view that you want
Click the “Primary” or “Other” column number to view these loads
A slide out will open
Review the loads
Since these are Preferred Shippers, they may be likely to come to your TMS without needing to act
But if you have a Preferred Shipper that you have to ask for loads from, OR you are looking at today/tomorrow’s data and are unsure if they will come through
