Quickly Ask Atlas about a Dispatch Match
Within the selected match card in the ranked list, click Ask Atlas. Atlas will open already knowing the driver load assignment that you have a question about. Simply select which question you have! That's it. No need to copy and paste in different IDs to ask the question you have. This means faster access to the answers you need!
Not sure how the driver's next dispatch availability was determined? You can now access the answer more quickly by clicking Analyze next to the driver's availability, which is at the top of the Dispatch Match ranked list slide out.
Ask Atlas the “Why” Behind Optimal Matches
Check out the brand new question: Match Reasoning
When you select this question, it will provide the reasoning behind why the optimal match was selected for that driver. This may include profitability, business incentives, logistics efficiencies, indirect costs, and/or value towards the long term network objectives.
Other Atlas Enhancements
If the driver is not matched to a load because he is estimated to be late to delivery, there is now a follow up question to show each movement and break that is projected for the driver that is causing them to be late
If you use Atlas to search for a Driver or Load, Atlas will auto-minimize into the search bar so you can focus on the search results in front of you.
Atlas Pro Tip!
Atlas is flexible for when and where you want to access it. Use the three icons on the top right to control where it shows, and to save or delete your conversation:
- The left-down arrow: Dock Atlas to the left side of your screen & have it always visible
- The double down-up arrow: Minimize Atlas into the search bar & save the conversation
- The X icon: Close out of Atlas & delete your conversation
