Once you have connected to your load boards for Source, you can quickly search once to find any load that matches your search from any connected load boards.
You can access the Search for Loads from the following locations:
- Dispatching > Assign Drivers > Click on a Driver
- Click Search for Loads and it will open a modal that automatically searches for loads based on the drivers next available for dispatch location and time.
- Dispatching > Needs Sourcing > Click on a Driver
- Click Search for Loads and it will open a modal that automatically searches for loads that are most similar to the request.
All searches will include on time feasibility analysis:
Every load in the search result is analyzed for if the driver will be able to service it on time. This is based on the driver's available location, HOS clocks, and your set average mph setting.
It analyzes first if the driver will make the pick up on time, and then also the driver will make the drop off on time.
- Green OT badge = The driver will be on time
- Red N badge = The driver will either be late or too early
- Gray NA badge = There is not enough information provided on the load to run this analysis
Access driver details to inform load decisions:
While searching for loads, in the top left of the screen, you can quickly access important driver information. Click on the following to access:
- Calendar Icon: Any future scheduled events
- Clock Icon: Estimated HOS Clocks at drivers available for dispatch time
- Checklist Icon: Driver preference rules
